There should be a setting under preferences. I ran into this, but I cannot remember exactly where it is.

Subject: [cisco-voip] CUxAC (CallManager) 8.6.1.595

We run CUPS 8.5 for a about a dozen users, vast majority don't use it.

We upgraded CUEAC to 8.6.1.595 over the weekend, and I didn't ask the receptionist before she left on Friday is she views Presence information in the Attendant Console.

During testing I'm noticing that when you Answer then Drag a call to a Offline (Presence) contact you get a Pop-Up "The person you are trying to call has a presence status set" then gives them some choices at the bottom for Consult, Direct Transfer, etc.

Is there a way to enable Presence in Attendant Conosole 8.6.1.595 that dragging to Contact just does a Direct Transfer without the dialog/pop-up box?
