I use this.... can't beat it for $49. You can also run multiple copies concurrently (by copying the entire directory) in case you have a large network.

in a pinch, you can write your own tools as well using wget or curl. simply get the index page from every phone on a network. you don't necessarily have to know what the ip addresses are, just scan the whole network.
