perl script for this at:

I've used it before, works OK. There are a few libraries you would need to
install in addition to having perl up and running. This program doesn't talk
to CUCM, it just does a ping sweep of whatever ranges you point it at and
parses out serial numbers from the phones HTML page, assuming you have the
web interface turned on and reachable.
