[cisco-voip] quick sanity check on factory reset

Yeah, unfortunately i don't know what version was originally on the phone I
just worked on, they didn't come ask me about it until it was already blown
up. It was giving a real quick "auth failed" message when it tried to
download the default loads file though, which was what prompted me to try
and load the bridge version in the lab (which worked).
