[cisco-voip] CAD > Reporting > Agent E-mail Detailed Report > inaccurate for Email CSQ

In the Agent Desktop > Reporting > Agent E-mail Detailed Display (Agent Real Time Displays) we are getting complaints on the number of emails completed are not accurate on their agent. Supervisor Desktop showing same thing. Multiple Agents.
Screen shot attached, this agent had handled more than a 25 emails.  I even sent in an email to the Email CSQ, the Agent handled it, I got her reply email that flows thru EEM, yet the counter never incremented properly. Worked fine in UCCX 7.0(1)SR5. We upgraded over weekend to UCCX8.5

UCCX  8.5(1)SU1 with all patches on cisco.com released as of Sept 13 2011
