no DB issues?

I had a situation like this.

I bounced the MWI service, forced sub to become primary, then make pub primary again and then forced an MWI synchronize and everything seemed to work again.

I just got off a Tac case who the Engineer was extremely helpful as TAC is great for.

TAC is escalating this up to the Developers.

Running  Active version: 8.5.1ES16.11900-16

Single inbox works great

Reset mwi on the system and in the port groups

Running HA in Active Active

Servers have been operating for over 1400 hours without a problem.

No changes have been made to the system, no upgrades, nothing changed.

Hardware is not UCS, is MCS7845 series

Stopped and started Connection Notifier

Port status monitor shows that MWI never goes out after a message is left.

Problem just started today.

As last resort we reloaded the Primary HA server.
