[cisco-voip] Cisco 7962 Hookswitch

I found threads talking about earlier models, and that the 7962 switched
to a optical hookswitch, but nothing about fixing one.

 

I have a couple of 7962s where the hookswitch has stopped working.  I
pulled one of them apart and didn't find anything wrong with it
visually, but after putting it back together it still isn't working.
Has anyone else encountered this issue, and perhaps found a fix?
