[cisco-voip] External Call Control?

Has anyone successfully gotten External Call Control working, and if so do
you have any advice?

I have an ECC profile tied to a translation pattern.  I can tell the
translation pattern works because it rewrites the called party number.

Packet sniffing shows nothing at all between UCM and my web server?  Please
don't tell me I have to restart the cluster for it to take effect.

What trace file or files should I start looking in?
