Look into using iDivert in the in-call state.

Subject: [cisco-voip] Forwarding a Call to Voicemail After the Call Has Been Answered

We have an admin assistant that wants to know if it is possible to forward a caller to the voicemail of the line she has already answered and have it retain the original caller ID info. She can forward the caller to the voicemail for that line by transferring the call back to the line she answered. However, this does not retain the original caller ID info. We are running CUCM version 6.1.5 and Exchange 2007 Unified Messaging for our voicemail system. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks.
