[cisco-voip] Cisco SPA 500 requires password to Reset

Unfortunately I don't have an answer for you but I do have another question:
Were these SPA phones not meant to be used on a full blown CUCM deployment?
In otherwords, was it just meant for CUCMBE or maybe even UCME?
