[cisco-voip] SIP, g711 and PVDMs for transcoding

Hello Cisco VoIP List,

I have a client who is interested in SIP trunking, and I'd like to verify if
we need to allocate PVDMs for this the same way we do with PRI channels.  It
seems to me that we might be able to get away without them if we're using
the same codec internally as the carrier (g711).
