[cisco-voip] SIP, g711 and PVDMs for transcoding

You can prevent using MTP in versions earlier than 8.6 as long as
you're doing SIP-SIP through cube through the early-offer forced
(DO-EO conversion).  Though, early offer without MTP is certainly
nice.
