Does anyone know what entitlement you need to download "Cisco Unified Communications Plug-ins 8.5(1) for IBM Lotus Sametime"
I would have thought this was all part of CUWL/ESW but that's obviously not the case since I have multiple ESW #s associated with my CCO account.
Everything I can see about PCAP say that this is a "Free Plugin", so why would Cisco require entitlement and where the heck does it come from?
The ordering guides don't even mention this only the Domino Viewmail plugin.
