Alan,

 

You have to associate each agent´s phone to that agent´s end user account (Device Association). Then you define the agent´s extension as the IPCC Extensin for the end user, and then you finally have to associate the agent´s phone device to the RmCm account you created for IPCCX RmCM provider.
