[cisco-voip] UCCX 8 CLI access to scripts and prompts

Kevin,

 

You should be able to download an entire folder at time.  If you click
on the actual folder it should save it to your computer as a zip file
with all the files (scripts or prompts) that are inside that particular
folder.  I know this worked in 7.x (that is what I have in production
here - click on the folder icon, not the link to navigate into the
folder) and also in 8.x (I tried this in training not long ago to
confirm it worked there as well).  I never had the need to actually
access the c$ share, just download the actual folder zip files from the
GUI.

So, let's say we have 50 scripts in various folders and 500 prompts in
various folders.  If we want to download just the scripts and prompts,
it sounds like we need to right-click/Save As quite a few times, huh?
Ah, the good ol' pre-UCCX 8.x days were nice when you could get to the
C$ share and navigate around the wfavvid folder to copy/paste the
scripts and prompts to your laptop if needed.
