[cisco-voip] TCP ERRORS on voip 7942

TCP timeout means the phone did not get a TCP Ack from CUCM for some packet it sent and timed out the TCP session.
You can reset the phone to clear the status messages log but it's a fixed size log and will age out old entries, so clearing it won't do you any good.

If you want to fix it then find out where in the network the packets are getting dropped and go from there.

9:10:06a 23: Name=SEP2C3F38C85F76 Load= SCCP42.9-0-3S Last=Reset-Restart
Is there anyway to clear the data, because there is no date given on these TCP timeouts

Thanks
