[cisco-voip] UCS & Cisco UC VM configuration

You want to be careful about the memory allocation.  There are 2 sockets
which usually have sets of DIMMs.  Those sets of DIMMs have groups usually
in 3.  If those groups aren't filled in the right way or you've got the
DIMMs populated unevenly between the sockets you will decrease the memory
speed and have lower performance.  You're usually shooting for something
divisible by 6 I believe.  So 6*8 would probably still be alright, but my
expertise isn't in memory speed configurations with UCS.  That's the reason
the original voice SKUs moved from 32GB to 36GB. Though I believe they're
48GB now.
