[cisco-voip] Configuration ESXi on UCS

I've just configured a pair C210 - main things in ESXi you need to do are disable LRO and align datastore partitions by essentially deleting and re-adding the stores in ESXi

Long as you use the OVA templates no need to worry about VM specs

I also took the liberty of updating the boot order (demoting NICs an disabling PXE boot)

is there a document available that describes all the settings for ESXi that UC works without problem on UCS.
One thing that I found is disable LRO on UCS.
Are there other settings???
