[cisco-voip] 7970 registration error

Factory reset doesn't clear it. Did the phone get an ip address, subnet mask, default gateway and correct TFTP address. What is the current load file on the phone? And what is version on the server (device>device settings>device default). There are a couple cases where you need to go through multiple updates to get to the current?
