[cisco-voip] CUPS / OCS

I would start with traces on the CUPS server and logging on the Lync server (IMO Lync server logging is easier, might be better to start there to see if there are rejections).

I'm setting up the federation between CUPS 8.6 and OCS.  I believe I have everything setup.

CUPS.sub.domain.com<http://CUPS.sub.domain.com>
ocs.differentsub.domain.com<http://ocs.differentsub.domain.com>

routes etc.

But I'm not getting any presence between the two.  How do I start troubleshooting it?
