[cisco-voip] CUPS / OCS

I'm setting up the federation between CUPS 8.6 and OCS.  I believe I have
everything setup.

CUPS.sub.domain.com
ocs.differentsub.domain.com

routes etc.

But I'm not getting any presence between the two.  How do I start
troubleshooting it?
