You may want to remove the Microsoft patch and reboot and check it.  You don't want to install Microsoft updates on the UCCX server from Microsoft.  Cisco normally has approved updates that don't break their products in the Cisco download section from their website.  Not sure if they require service contracts or not to download though.

Hi ,
My system is running contact center UCX 7.01 (SR05-BUILD 504), I have go to website Microsoft and download patch Microsoft Security Advisory (2718704) , after upgraded my system  i can't start serivce

- Cisco Angent Desktop Email service
- Cisco Brower and IP Phone  Agent Service
- Cisco Desktop Recording  and statistics Service

Ask
How can i fix it ?

Can i remove patch  Microsoft ? And my system will run normal ?
