[cisco-voip] Adhoc Conference issue.

What kind of a Conf bridge are you using. Hardware or Software ?
Once a party drops out of a 3 party conf, the other two parties are
directly connected to one another and the bridge is no longer used.

Detailed UCM traces would point out any signaling issues but the
IPVMS/MSA traces are not useful after conf drop down to 2 parties.
Sounds like a media cut-through issue based on your symptoms.

(1) Check if you get two way audio for a basic call between the
affected phones ?
(2) Transfer the external caller to a different IP phone and transfer
back. Does it still work ?
Conference uses the same underlying mechanism as transfer to bridge
the last two parties.
