when CM went Linux or there about. the publisher became (renamed) the first node. the subscribers got renamed subsequent nodes. So yes upload to the Pub.
As far as restarting services. for DLU's I don't believe I have every had to restart CM.
YMMV

Ok, I am confused.
I have a license file to upload for additional phone license features. My confusion comes in where it says to upload the file only to the first node of the Cisco Unified Communications Manager cluster, (PUB correct?). It also says that after the file is uploaded to go to Cisco Unified Serviceability and restart the Cisco CallManager service. Under Feature Services, we don't have Cisco CallManager Service running on our publisher.
Am I looking at the wrong service to restart or am I missing something?
TIA
Mark
