[cisco-voip] Registering at VG224 in CME

I am new and would appreciate help from the group if you can.

We had a VG224 go bad.  Cisco shipped us a new one and now I need to replace the old with a new one.  I don't know the procedure to do so and would appreciate some help if you could.
