[cisco-voip] Unity Connection upgrade to Version 8.6.2ES44.22900-44

After the upgrade the following services won't start

 

Connection IMAP Server

Connection Message Transfer Agent

Connection SMTP Server

 

I tried to grab the logs and says no logs available.

 

I am unable to do a switch version.
