I would suspect a routing/network problem first.  Have you looked at the phone's console log? http://ipphone

All,

I have 2 extensions (ext. 8xx1 and ext. 8xx2) that cannot call each other; they can call (received calls from) any extension out of the  500 extensions we have but when it comes to (8xx1 and 8xx2) it is a no go; they callers cannot hear each other. Any thought!
