[cisco-voip] Non-Cisco branded IBM HDD replacement for MCS7835-I3

Hi,

Has anyone here had to replace an MCS HDD with a non-Cisco branded IBM
equivalent before?

I'm faced with a 4 week lead time on an HDD-7835-I3-300 for my MCS7835-I3
server when I can get the IBM equivalent 42DO637 within 24 hours.

Are there any caveats with installing the non branded disk other than lack
of TAC support etc?

This would certainly get me out of a fix.
