Have you tried changing the external mask of the DN trying to make the call?
This _might_ work.
If this doesn't work, and you have gateways in different countries, you can make up a route pattern that sends the call to that different gateway which should allow the call.

Subject: [cisco-voip] Test TFNs From Any Country
Hi,
Anyone out there know of an application that would allow me to test Toll Free Numbers from within the respective country? I'm trying to make some test calls to confirm these numbers are routing correctly, but clearly I can't call the TFN from out of country. Know of any work-arounds for this?
Thanks,
Tim
