[cisco-voip] CallManager 8.5 LDAP Filters samples?

In my brief experience with LDAP filters, you need to put brackets around your negative clauses. 

So: (&(ipPhone=*)(objectClass=user)!(ipPhone=52101)) 
would be: (&(ipPhone=*)(objectClass=user)(!(ipPhone=52101)))
