[cisco-voip] CallManager 8.5 LDAP Filters samples?

I want to synchronize all users except 52101

Is this the correct LDAP Filter
(&(ipPhone=*)(objectClass=user)!(ipPhone=52101))

I want to synchronize all users exect 52101 thru 52103
(&(ipPhone=*)(objectClass=user)!(ipPhone=52101)(ipPhone=52102)(ipPhone=52103)
