[cisco-voip] Calls to internal numbers fail

It turned out one the members of a port channel was suspended (access on
one side, dot1q on the other). When I fixed that the phones were able to
call...
Still doesn't make sense why CCM was able to make the phone ring, but
others couldn't connect an audio stream....
