I just tried putting my 7941 with phone load SCCP41.9-2-1S in SRST and
I can confirm that it's running SCCP ver 20.

ephone-1[0] Mac:aaaa.bbbb.cccc TCP socket:[1] activeLine:0
whisperLine:0 REGISTERED in SCCP ver 20/17 max_streams=5
