Take a look at http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/cucm/service/8_5_1/cdrdef/cdrex.html. There are some good examples there of different call flows and how they are represented in CDR.

Okay, I have another one.

I have an IVR set up which transfers to certain numbers which are different queues. Whe nI run a CRD report for my IVR pilot number, the CTI port DN is shown for the destination number. Is there any way to find the actual number the call was redirected to without having to set up a database and write the information I want?

I don't find this data in the CDR table. I suppose I could parse each destination but that seems a bit silly.
