[cisco-voip] Cisco Jabber for iPhone transfer to mobile network problems

The other thing I noticed today was that it stopped displaying the external mask on the top status line and started displaying my extension.
My extension is what I'd like to see, but other than making a number of back and forth changes, no differences in config. I'd really like to know what causes one vs the other to show up.
