[cisco-voip] CCX 4.05 License file on server?

I don't know about you guys, I used to follow the procedure as described
in the Cisco CRS 4.0(4) installation guide (see below) and always created
c:\crslicense and a folder on a network shared drive for backup etc.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------
-------------------------------------------------------------

Step 5 When you receive your license file, save it on one of these
computers:

. On the server on which you will install or upgrade Cisco CRS

. On any computer that you will be able to access from the server on which
you

will perform the cluster setup or upgrade procedure

You can save your license files in any folder. Make a note of the folder
name and

location because you will need it later. Do not rename a license file.

Thanks guys, that's what I thought. Cisco Licensing team tells me I need
to extract it from the server, but can't tell me where it's located.

Gotta love licensing..

The best you can do is take a screen shot or get them to webex in and
confirm... been there done that and that was the only solution becuase the
file was not saved on the box.

Hi Guys,

Fun times with Cisco UC licensing! J Does anybody know where in the
windows file structure I can find the installed license file for Contact
Center Express 4.x? I need to send this file to Cisco so they can generate
a new one for upgrade purposes.

Thanks!

Ryan
