[cisco-voip] Unity COnnection MWI flag

Thanks for that I could not find it.. I knew it was on full unity but not on
connections

ask Management > Resynchronize MWIs On All Phone Systems

I understood the question as to wanting to send an MWI even if there was a
message when another message was left.

But this might be what they were looking for as well.
