[cisco-voip] 8.x upgrade question

Lelio,

ciscocm.refresh_upgrade_v1.1.cop.sgn

I _Think_ its in the docs but won't swear to it without looking.

It sets up call manager to view the refresh upgrade file as valid
(different file structure and upgrade procedure from normal I believe).
It's in downloads under CUCM utilities I think - it's not in the same
location as the real upgrade file itself.

My theory is because the 8 upgrade is different than a normal upgrade would
be in 6.x/7.x, you have to patch call manager 7 for it to know how to
handle the multiple reboots etc. Thus the extra file you have to install
first.
