[cisco-voip] CUCM 7.1.3.38000 need to reload for changes

The build Mike is on isn't even a valid 7.1(3) build. It's an internal build used during 7.1(5) development.

Yea, that is higher then the latest SUs and since it is 38000-1 maybe it was an install DVD refresh done on newer 7.1.3 media perhaps and there are no 38000+ SUs on CCO so it must be a unique install DVD they used. 32900 to 38000 seems like a large gap though to me - a lot of updates to get to 38000. Just thinking to myself.
