[cisco-voip] Voice Recognition - Unity Connection 7.2

Using voice recognition for a directory handler, it doesn't seem to do partial matching.

I have set up a directory handler for our sales centers.  Using voice, I have to say the full equivalent of the display name to get a match.  If I say a partial name the system comes back with "Did you mean three zero" ?  If I turn off voice enabled, and just use keypad then I get partial matches working fine.

Is this behavior normal?
