Sean this is fairly simple, just use a menu step with only option 1 enabled, then configure the timeout duration and place a goto step in the timeout branch of the menu.
If that is not clear enough can create a sample script for you, let me know!

I have a script that when a call comes in I want it to listen to a prompt then go to an external number if 1 is pressed, if not I want it to go to queue. Can anyone help with this problem?
