[cisco-voip] SIP DTMF with MGCP Gateways

Could anyone give me some advice on the best way of relaying DTMF digits from SIP Endpoints (7961/7962) to an MGCP gateway please?

The research I've done suggests these newer phones will send RFC2833 and looking at the SIP Profile and the Phone Configuration page, there doesn't appear to be any way of changing back to KPML.

The SRND for CM7 states that we should configure the "fm-package" on the MGCP GW (page 4-12) in order to receive RFC2833 from the SIP phones, but when I checked a fairly recent IOS, I could only find the "mf-package". There is also an "mgcp dtmf-relay" command, but it's not clear how this reacts to RFC2833.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
