[cisco-voip] ITL/CTL

I am going from 4.x to 8.x. Phones currently have CTL's installed. In 4.x what is the best way to remove CTL's in bulk? There are a couple hundred phones on old phone proxy. They will need to get new CTL's. Is there a good way to clear those automagically?
