AFAIK there is no easy way to clear the CTL's. The benefit of CTL's is that they are signed by the token. Phones should continue to accept configurations signed with the same token.

I am going from 4.x to 8.x. Phones currently have CTL’s installed. In 4.x what is the best way to remove CTL’s in bulk? There are a couple hundred phones on old phone proxy. They will need to get new CTL’s. Is there a good way to clear those automagically?
