Have you looked at your enterprise parameters and CallManager service parameters (advanced)? Sometimes there are clues in there.

Yeah, that much I understood. I was looking for complete specs: 
- impacts and drawbacks 
- what it actually does (changes the busy trigger on the line?), 
- what's the deal with the phrase " To invoke this feature, the user dials the cancel call waiting code, obtains recall dial tone, and places a call normally ". What is the code? Is it configurable? 
- in what menu do we configure it ?

It’s a soft Key feature that you need to add to the phones. 



It’s in the OFF HOOK template, just add it to the template that the phone is using. We use IDevert it allows the user to see who is calling and if you don’t want to talk with them just IDevert it to voicemail.

Anyone have a description for the "Cancel Call Waiting" feature in CM? 





Other than these two paragraphs in the 8.0 system guide I can't seem to find any information on this ...
