[cisco-voip] MOH Not Uploading

You are probably running into bug ID CSCtr11072. I've hit this on a number of 8.6.1 installs.

Symptom:
When uploading MOH file the upload dialog window is not refreshed timely. Also when deleting an existing MOH file the "Music On Hold Audio File Management" does not update timely . The times below were obtained with a a 63M audio file: Upload: 8.6.1 = 3 min 10 sec 8.5.1 = 1 min 18 sec Delete: 8.6.1 = 1 min 40 sec 8.5.1= 3 sec

Conditions:
Managing Music on Hold (MoH) files on versions: 8.6(1.10000-43) 8.6(1.20000-1)

Workaround:
Updates eventually succeed or fail. Retry with patience or upgrade to a version with the fix.


MOH Audio File may be slow or fail to upload

Symptom:
MOH file upload fail, upload window does not update.
Conditions:
- CUCM 8.6.1.10000-43
- CUCM 8.6.1.20000-1

To recreate issue:
1) Open the MOH Audio file Management Select Upload file -- the upload file
window will pop up.
2) Select a file to upload. The window get stuck, the file is not upload

Has anyone seen this? 8.6.1(a). IE and Firefox both freeze when trying to upload an MOH File. If I click upload again the page never loads. I have to restart Tomcat to get the upload page to come up again.  I suppose I will try rebooting the servers in question tonight.
