[cisco-voip] Smartnet on Phones

We're starting to seriously investigate using the 7925G wireless phones in
our environment.

Needless to say, with small, expensive devices, a dropped / smashed phone
is going to happen.

I've never had smartnet on a phone, but I have years of experience with
computer vendors and they're maintenance plans.

Does smartnet cover physical damage or water damage?  Usually computer
manufacturers waive they're hands, say not covered, and make you buy a new
machine.

What's Cisco's response?
