[cisco-voip] CSCtw64667 - dialplan uninstallation bug

Has anyone came across this bug?
CSCtw64667 Bug Details   * Problem uninstalling a dialplan after upgrade *
*Symptom:*

Unable to uninstall dialplan. It fails with following message:

"DialPlan Uninstallation Failed An Error Occurred: 23000"
