[cisco-voip] Help on BACD & AA on CME 7.1 with Version 15.0(1)M2

Hello All,
 Could anyone help please? I have been trying to enable BACD & AA on CME 7.1 , but it is not working or playinjg any message .
Here is my Configuration;
