[cisco-voip] CUCM 7.1 Change Default Gateway and Subnetmask

Hello Group

because of a network change (larger subnets) we need to change the default
gateway and the subnet mask of all of our CUCM 7.1(3a) and CUPS 7.0(8)
servers.
The server IP addresses are not changed and stay the same.

Server1 (IP:10.10.10.6; SN:255.255.255.248; GW:10.10.10.1) ->
(IP:10.10.10.6; SN:255.255.252.0; GW:10.10.8.1)
Server2 (IP:10.10.10.14; SN:255.255.255.248; GW:10.10.10.9) ->
(IP:10.10.10.14; SN:255.255.252.0; GW:10.10.8.1)

Has anyone done that before and can advice my how to do that the easiest
way.
